A grill mixture that has been tested for a long time and fine-tuned to the last detail, so that it does not disappoint lovers of summer barbecues and gourmets who put up with extra tastes. Suitable for pickling, baking, grilling white meats. Our tip: cover the turkey or chicken breast with the mixture, let it rest for 24 hours and then bake it in foil and finally briefly on the fire. Serve thinly sliced with grilled vegetables.
