About us

The absence of a quality offer on our market led us to drying. We were bothered by the content of salt, preservatives and other conditioning substances supporting the taste and appearance of commercially processed products. We started with drying our own produce, and we began to enjoy combining them for different types and cooking occasions. In this way, we evaluated the legacy of our ancestors who left us land. Most blends are named after someone in our family tree, a few are named after a use or period.
However, in order to adhere to our convictions, we contacted vegetable growers in the vicinity and thus secured the supply of regional products and did not neglect to support Czech agriculture. The principle of our dried mixes is that their origin is exclusively from the Czech Republic. If it happens that there is an outage of some kind, we have to reevaluate the individual mixes to stay true to our idea.
Mixtures can change throughout the year, as some crops are more or less seasonal and also the preparation of meals is not the same throughout the year.
Because we do not dry industrially and mix in small quantities, the mixtures will always be original, but never cheated on vegetables and love. Each batch is freshly crushed before mixing so that the mixtures reach you fragrant.
And because we really dry with love, we gave our vegetables a name…
